HOME MANAGER

Location: Peacehaven

Salary: £15.50 Per Hour

We’re currently looking for a Supported Living Home Manager for our client in Peacehaven who can demonstrate the right values and behaviours, and can encourage and nurture a positive workplace culture based on respect and dignity for those in need of care and support. You’ll also need to provide supervision and values-led management to a team of support workers. Our client provide care for four service users who share their home together.

We are looking for Experience working with learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour.

To have NVQ level 3 or Health & Social Care Diploma.

To hold a full UK driving licence

To work split shifts in the office and supporting staff on the floor.
