  •  7am-9am = 2hrs
  • 7pm-9pm = 2hrs
  • Monday-Sunday.
Staff Minibus Driver: RH12 – route through Horsham to Billingshurst & return Shift times:
  •  6am-9am = 3hrs
  • 6pm-9pm = 3hrs

Job Description: Kitchen Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by providing support to our chefs and other kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting chefs and other kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking tasks.
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
  • Ensuring the kitchen and service areas are clean and organized.
  • Stocking supplies and ingredients.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and timely service.
Requirements:
  • A good attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Prior experience in a similar role in a commercial kitchen.
  • A diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and appliances.
