About the Role
Love working outdoors and being surrounded by nature? Join our client’s vineyard team as a Vineyard Pruning Associate, where you’ll play an important role in caring for grapevines and supporting the production of high-quality crops. This is a hands-on, active role ideal for someone who enjoys fresh air, physical work, and being part of a friendly, supportive team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pruning grapevines to help maintain vine health and encourage strong growth
- Using professional pruning tools safely and efficiently
- Working closely with a team to complete daily tasks
- Following clear guidance and health & safety procedures
- Enjoying a structured workday in a beautiful vineyard setting

Working Conditions

- Secateurs (pruning tools)
What You’ll Need to Bring
- Warm clothing suitable for outdoor work
- Waterproof clothing
- Sturdy, waterproof boots or shoes with good grip

- Previous vineyard or agricultural experience is a bonus, but not essential
